Diane Smith has been a licensed Realtor since 1978 working full time in sales and property management. Diane was past President of Calico Condo Association for 5 years. She has also managed many rental units. Diane has taken many Real Estate Courses and received her Brokers license in 1990. She apprenticed for 4 years under a Certified Appraiser and received the designation of Certified Appraiser in 1994. Diane is also serving a three year term as a member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Erie Board of REALTORS.

Diane volunteers in the Outreach Program at St. George's Church. This program reaches out to the sick and the home bound in the diocese with visits. Diane is also the Director of the Board of Erie Dawn, an organization that reaches out to homeless women in Erie and finds them suitable housing and jobs.

Diane is available full time for real estate and appraisals and looks forward to assisting you in your real estate needs in the future.
